About me:
In my professional life so far, I have gained over 20 years of specialist and management experience in personnel management and operational personnel work. I worked in national and international corporations and in medium-sized, family-run companies. The main sectors were trade and logistics as well as the food industry. Essentially, in addition to the usual operational personnel work, I was also responsible for strong growth and the associated increase in staff, and I looked after locations with a total of 2000 employees with my team. I have been working part-time for Personal Partner since 2016 and have been the managing partner since 2018.
My focus:
My focus is on operational personnel work, HR management, HR administration, payroll, time management, vocational training, practical labor law and cooperation with works councils and unions.

About me:
In my professional life so far, I have gained over 20 years of specialist and management experience in active operational personnel work, in personnel management and personnel management. I was active in national and international corporations and in medium-sized companies. The labor law focuses on the areas of logistics, services, the solar industry, the metal industry and aviation. So far, my areas of responsibility have included activities as a personnel consultant, team leader HR Services (Shared Service Center) and HR manager with responsibility for all strategic and operational HR issues. I have been working for PERSONAL PARTNER since 2010.
My focus:
My focus is on advice and support in all personnel-related questions, advice on all issues of individual and collective labor law, advice and support in cooperation with works councils, negotiation of works agreements, regulatory agreements, etc., development and implementation of in-house performance-oriented remuneration systems, interim management in small and medium-sized companies.
