  use them and maintain them.
• If you have to introduce the ERA
  (Collective Remuneration Agreement)
  but wish to keep the costs low –

• In case of reduced working hours or staffing reductions, we negotiate the necessary agreements, carry out discussions with the concerned employees and implement the agreements on your terms.
• We record the wage data and prepare the net payroll report.
